Register now at our offices, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm until August 31, 2024.

Priority is given to returning students and relatives of children already enrolled. 

New kindergarten students and above must register and successfully complete the entrance exam before the application for registration will be reviewed. 

Regardless of your religion, by enrolling your child in The New Victorian School, you agree and acknowledge that he/she will participate in all cultural & social activities including Christmas celebrations, concerts, closing ceremonies, etc.

ALL Entrance Fees, including the first-month tuition, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For information concerning entrance fees and monthly tuition, you must come in person at our office at #13, Avenue N, Turgeau.

For your safety, we do not submit this information via telephone, email, or social media outlets. 

Entrance Requirements

Before your child can be enrolled in The New Victorian School, the following requirements must be met: 

  1. Submit a completed application form with all information.
  2. Submit a copy of the child’s passport or birth certificate and original for verification.
  3. Submit the applicant’s most recent report card.
  4. Submit a copy of the child’s immunization card and original for verification; containing MMR, DTP, and Polio vaccinations.
  5. A medical statement from the child’s pediatrician stating their current medical conditions, health status, etc.
  6. New parents only will submit 3 (three) passport photos of the child.
  7. Pay all entrance fees.
  8. Purchase a Samsung or LG tablet with a protective case for required school technology and a solar power bank to ensure your device(s) are always charged for required student and parent academic engagement. 
  9. Lastly, submit a signed copy of the rules and regulations.
  10. In the case where the student resides with a relative in Haiti, the parents must submit a notarized statement indicating the name of the relative who assumes legal guardianship.
